These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and f333 ("f333", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://f33app.app and associated sub-domains and applications.

Acceptable documents include government-issued national ID, passport, birth certificate, and utility bills or bank statements not older than three months. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Each registered player is permitted to hold exactly one f333 account. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. f333 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds forfeited.

Account Credentials

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your f333 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person for any reason. Any activity conducted from your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to f333 support prior to the disputed activity occurring.

Account Currency

f333 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, game wagers, winnings, and bonus credits are expressed and processed in BDT. f333 does not support multi-currency accounts.

Inactive Accounts

An account is classified as inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. f333 reserves the right to levy an administrative maintenance fee on inactive accounts in accordance with the current fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

All deposits made to your f333 account must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own name. f333 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a payment source that does not match the name on your f333 account, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and processing time details for each payment method are as follows:

Wagering Requirements

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits f333's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

• Confirmed duplicate account creation.

• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, f333 reserves the right to forfeit all account balances including deposited funds, bonus credits, and pending winnings.
